Welcome to Lunasmods!
This Lunasmods Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Lunasmods (“we”) and the entity or person (“you”, “your”, or “user”) who registered on the Lunasmods registration page to receive goods or services provided by Lunasmods that apply to video games.
Section A: General Terms
- All customers who purchase from Lunasmods must agree to have read all agreements fully and are required to accepted the terms and conditions upon checkout confirming to have read all agreements.
- Lunasmods will be the responsible party for all information exchanged over the Lunasmods website, subpages and subsites. Lunasmods will never handle sensitive information off the websites such as logins, payment information, conducting a payment or requesting personal information.
- All products and services are sold exactly as advertised, by accepting this agreement you are confirming all products are services are as advertised and you are in knowledge that products or services for a game may be restricted to certain consoles.
- There are no refunds we only allow exchanges if applicable.
Section B: Refund Terms
- All refund policies include terms that require time periods to be measured. All communications between us and customers will be on discord which shows time stamps in pacific time to ensure that time periods and times of events are accurately measured.
- In the case of our products that can be applied to GTA V or CoD involving a login being delivered to the customer, the customer may not request an exchange after the delivery of the account purchased. Because these entertainment products are based on time and enjoyment much like a movie, the customer will not be granted a refund. Penalties from other entities over the violations of user agreements while using our products do not correlate with if our products work as advertised.
- In the case of our services that can be applied to GTA V or CoD, the customer may request an exchange of their service for a different service that is the same price or lower. The customer can redeem their order when ever they are ready. The customer may not request a refund if the customer does not wish to redeem their service, instead it will be converted into credit here at Lunasmods.com and is able to use that credit for another service. The credit does not expire, they are able to use the credit on future services as well.
Section C: Copyright
- All products and services sold on the Lunasmods website, subpages and subsites are created by external parties. Before products go on sale, Lunasmods verifies that no products are in violation of copyright laws. In terms of our services, we sell logins only for console providers that allow marketplace sale of personal logins.
- Due to EULA, we do not distribute or sell any types of software or cheats for any of the Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto games franchise. The sale and discussion of software and cheats for those games are prohibited here on Lunasmods.
