Do I need to modify my console for my services to work?
No! You do not need to modify your console for anything we offer on the website.
How do I get a service done to my account?
To get your account service simply select a service on the website. Do not select a premade account. Everything else is a service for your account. Once you pay, we will send you instructions, you will follow those instructions then we will provide the service you purchased. We offer services for all consoles Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
How do I get what I paid for once I have paid?
After you pay, it will show your receipt on your screen, it will say the order number, what you purchased and if you scroll down there are instructions and information about your order.
A copy of the receipt also gets emailed to you right after you pay! If you do not see it in your email please check your spam/junk.
How long does it take to get a premade account?
Once you purchase an account we start making your account. We do this to reduce the risk of you getting banned.
Usually accounts are sent out within 24 hours of when order is placed. If you do not receive it in 48 hours, please message us on discord.
How long does it take to get a service done on my account?
Once we begin your order, the average time it takes to complete a service is about 10-60 minutes from start to finish. Times do vary depending on what was purchased.
What console do you sell services and premade accounts for?
We sell services and accounts for all consoles! PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Series S/X and PC!
What is a service and a premade account?
A service means you are providing us with the account you would like the service applied too.
A premade account means we make the account, complete the package that you select on the account, then send it to you once it is done!
How do I exchange my service?
It is very simple. When you purchase a service and you do not wish to redeem it, it will convert into credit here at Lunasmods.com
Services
To exchange your service for another service, you would just follow the instructions that are on your receipt like how you normally would. Then you would tell us what you want and you can get any service you would like.
For example: If you purchase a service that is $30 and do not redeem it, you now have $30 in credit. You can exchange it for another service that is $30, or services that add up to $30 like three $10 services or six $5 services, etc.
Your credit does not expire! You can use it when ever you would like.
Accounts We only allow exchanges on premades accounts before the delivery of the account. Once the account is delivered, the option to exchange is no longer valid. We do this because we make all accounts to order to ensure the safety of the account. We do not resell accounts.
Keys The sale on all keys are final. You can’t exchange a key.
What console do you offer GTA V account and services for?
The following consoles will be referred as “console/consoles”: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Series S/X.
We offer money services and accounts with lots of money and everything purchased for console! You can find our money services under “custom money”.
For PC we offer money services, leveling services, unlock all services and a “full package” deal.
The full package is not for console.
How much money can I purchase?
You can purchase as much money as you would like. Just make sure you are purchasing it for the correct console.
If you are wanting to purchase money on series s/x make sure you choose the “series s/x” money options. Same goes for PlayStation4, 5, etc.
Is it safe?
Yes our accounts and services are safe. Our staff performs in game labor earning you everything you purchased.
You will join our lobby and follow our instructions to achieve level 1000.
The lobby is done on Cold War, if you do not have Cold War. That is okay, you can still receive the service.
The Rank 1000 service will get you rank 1000 across the following Call of Duties: Cold War, Modern Warfare, Warzone and Vanguard
How does Dark Aether work?
Join our lobby and you will have Dark Aether unlocked.
You will have it unlocked on Cold War and also Warzone.
How do Bot Lobbies work?
You will join our online lobby and run around and kill all of the bots “afk players”. We use 11 consoles to fill up all of the player slots in the lobby so you can quickly unlock your camos and max out your weapon levels.
To pay, you add products or services to your cart then press check out.
You pay with your credit card, debit card, or prepaid gift card. You are unable to pay using amazon cards!

What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept credit cards, debit cards and gift cards from the following companies: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If you do not have a debit card or credit card, you can always go to the store buy a gift card from one of the companies listed above, like Visa then use that to pay.
You can purchase a prepaid gift card at any age!
If your payment gets declined please message us on discord and we can tell you why you payment is being declined.
Can I pay with a gift card?
Yes you can! We only accept gift cards by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can purchase these gift cards at your local store and you do not need to be 18 to purchase them! Meaning you can purchase them at any age.
When can I pay?
You can pay when ever you are ready! Once you pay you will automatically get an email about your order. If you pay for a service you will be sent instructions as soon as you pay. You follow those instructions to get what you paid for.
Can I change anything in my godmode/invisibility classes?
Yes you can, but there are certain things you cannot change.
For Modern Warfare 3:
You can change anything in the class besides the kill steaks! It is recommended you keep overkill on the class because you only spawn in with a secondary weapon. You do not spawn in with a primary gun.
For Black Ops:
You can change anything you want besides perk one. If you change the first perk or even make it pro, you will break that godmode/invisibility class!
Can I make my godmode/invisibility classes double health on Black Ops?
Yes you can, follow these steps to make them double health.
1. During the starting countdown, spawn in with a normal, unmodded class. 2. While the countdown is still going, switch to a godmode/invisibility class. 3. Wait for the countdown to finish. 4. You should appear to be not modding, but you will be nearly impossible to kill.
How do I use my godmode/invisibility classes?
Once you go into a game select the godmode/invisibility you want to use.
Will I keep my godmode/invisibility classes if I prestige?
You will not keep your godmode/invisibility classes if you prestige!
