All premade accounts are usually sent within 24 hours of purchasing via email. You do not need to contact us at all during the 24 hour time frame.
If you do not receive your account within 48 hours, please message Luna on discord for an update.
Services:
If you paid for a service please read the receipt. There are instructions on the receipt, please follow them to get what you paid for!
After you pay, it will show you your receipt on your screen, it will say the order number, what you purchased and if you scroll down there are instructions.
A copy of the receipt also gets emailed to you right after you pay! If you do not see it in your email please check your spam/junk.
If you did not get any emails and you did pay please contact Luna on discord.
